Babysitting will be available in the Youth Room beginning at 6:15 and will continue until the end of the meeting. Donations will go towards the 8th Grade Mentone Trip.

Fall Sports are coming to an end and the Holidays are quickly approaching. Consider giving your team coach, friends or teacher a SCRIP Voucher.
With a SCRIP Voucher, the recipient can request any gift card(s) they would like for the dollar amount specified….
How do I order a SCRIP voucher?
SCRIP vouchers are ordered via email from Sinead Turner.
SCRIP Voucher Ordering Information
Please note there is no longer a specific form to fill out.
Please send an email to Sinead Turner at sineadwturner@gmail.com that contains the following information:
- Subject: SCRIP Voucher [Your last name]
- Name of voucher recipient
- Dollar amount of voucher
- Name or group gifting the voucher
- Special message (i.e. Happy Birthday, Thanks for a great soccer season).
- When and how you would like the voucher delivered (examples):
- (Deliver by May 15th via kidmail, Maggie Turner, Mackey-2)
- (Deliver by May 10th, leave in office for pickup)
- (Deliver by May 5th, please email to johndoe@anymail.com)
- Your name and phone contact information
Please allow 48 hours from order to delivery if possible. If you need a voucher with less notice than that, I ask that you please call me at 656-6786 to confirm that I have received your email.
Please put the money in a clearly marked envelope that includes the words SCRIP VOUCHER and direct it to the office. Please do not send money home to me via kidmail.
If email is not an option, please write the above information on paper and send that to my attention (Sinead Turner) via kidmail : Maggie Turner, 2-Mackey. Please send the money to the office.

St. John’s Fall Festival and Parish Picnic is set this Saturday, October 22 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. This is a great day for kids, parents and parishoners, so please come out and join us! There will be plenty of things to do, including fun festival games and prizes, inflatables, a $500 raffle, and an Oktoberfest meal.
As the colder weather creeps in and the need for long sleeves, pants and jackets emerge, you may find that your child has outgrown some necessities. Gather those outgrown items and make your lists to shop the Fall Used Uniform Sale. For this sale, we will offer early shopping around the PTO meeting. The sale will be open before and after the meeting, but WILL CLOSE DURING the PTO meeting. Drop-off gently used items on Wednesday, October 12th from 7:30 – 1:00. Early shopping from 5:30 – 6:30 Monday evening and resuming after the meeting for 30 minutes. Shop again on Thursday, October 13th from 7:30 – 12:00. Please see the link below inventory sheets.
